Track time, manage entries, and keep an eye on your projects from your phone with the Heyweek mobile app for iOS and Android.
Overview
The Heyweek mobile app is a companion to the web app, built with Flutter and shipped natively for iPhone and Android. It focuses on the things you actually do away from your desk: starting and stopping the timer, logging and editing time entries, browsing your projects, and reviewing your stats. Everything you record syncs with the same workspace you use on the web and the CLI.
It is not a separate productivity suite — it is the same time-tracking workflow you already know, sized for a small screen and one-handed use.
Key features
- Timer — Start and stop the running timer, with a description and an attached project.
- Time entries — View your entries grouped by day, and add, edit, or delete entries manually.
- Stopwatch view — A focused full-screen timer for when you just want to start tracking.
- Calendar view — See your tracked time laid out by day.
- Projects — Browse your projects and open one to see its details.
- Stats — Review your tracked time with charts and an activity heatmap.
- Notifications — Receive push notifications and view them in an in-app notification list.
- Appearance & language — Choose light, dark, or system theme and pick from the supported interface languages.
- Secure sign-in — Authenticate with your Heyweek account over a standard OAuth sign-in flow.
How it works
Sign in with your Heyweek account and the app loads your workspace. The bottom navigation gives you quick access to tracking, your home view, and settings, with the timer always within reach. Anything you track on mobile shows up on the web app and CLI, and vice versa, because it is all the same workspace.
NOTE
The mobile app concentrates on time tracking and reviewing your work. Workspace administration, invoicing, and other heavier tasks live in the web app.
TIP
New to Heyweek? Start with the Quick start guide on the web, then install the app to keep tracking on the go.
