Run Heyweek on your iPhone with the native iOS app.

Overview

The iOS app is the iPhone build of the Heyweek mobile app. It signs in to your Heyweek account and gives you the timer, time entries, projects, calendar, and stats on the go, all kept in sync with the web app and CLI.

Requirements

  • A recent version of iOS. The app targets modern iPhones, so keep your device updated to the current major iOS release where possible.
  • An internet connection to sign in and sync your work.
  • A Heyweek account.
NOTE

Exact minimum-version and storage figures depend on the build published to the App Store. Check the app's App Store listing for the current requirements rather than relying on a fixed number here.

Installing

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Search for Heyweek.
  3. Tap Get and confirm the download.
  4. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

First launch

  1. Sign in with your Heyweek account on the secure sign-in screen.
  2. Allow notifications when prompted if you want push alerts.
  3. The app loads your workspace and you can start tracking.

Using the app on iPhone

  • Track time from the timer or the stopwatch screen.
  • Manage entries in the day-grouped list — add, edit, or delete them.
  • Browse projects and open one for its details.
  • Review stats with charts and an activity heatmap.
  • Set appearance and language in settings (light, dark, or system theme).
TIP

Turn on notifications during first launch so you do not miss timer and workspace updates. You can adjust them later in iOS Settings under the Heyweek app.
