Stay informed about your Heyweek workspace with push and in-app notifications.
Overview
The mobile app can send you push notifications about activity in your workspace and keeps a list of them inside the app so you can review what you have missed. Push delivery uses your device's standard notification system, so you control it the same way you control any other app's alerts.

How it works
When you sign in and grant notification permission, the app registers your device to receive push notifications. As notifications arrive they appear on your lock screen and in your device's notification area, and they are also collected in the app's notifications list so you can revisit them later. Tapping a notification can take you to the relevant place in the app when it carries a link.
NOTE
You are asked to allow notifications the first time you launch the app. If you decline, you can re-enable them later in your device settings under the Heyweek app.
TIP
On Android, if notifications arrive late or not at all, make sure battery optimization is not restricting Heyweek in your system settings.
Managing notifications
- iOS — Open Settings → Notifications → Heyweek to turn alerts on or off and choose how they appear.
- Android — Open Settings → Apps → Heyweek → Notifications to manage delivery, and check that battery optimization is not blocking it.
