Overview

Every task in Heyweek carries a set of properties that say what the work is, who owns it, and where it stands. Filling them in consistently is what makes boards, lists, and reports actually useful.

Key Features

  • Title & description — Name the task and capture the detail behind it.
  • Status — Track where the task sits in your workflow.
  • Assignee — Make ownership clear by assigning the task to a person.
  • Due date — Set when the work is expected to be done.
  • Priority — Flag what matters most so the important work surfaces first.
  • Tags — Categorize and group tasks across projects.
  • Time estimates — Record how long the task should take.
  • Project link — Connect the task to the project it belongs to.

What each property does
