Integrations
Connect the tools you already use so your calendar and bank accounts feed straight into Heyweek — no copy-paste, no manual entry.
Connect the tools you already use so your calendar and bank accounts feed straight into Heyweek — no copy-paste, no manual entry.
Overview
Integrations let Heyweek talk to the services that run alongside your work. Connect your calendar so meetings appear next to your scheduled work and can become tracked time, and connect your bank so transactions flow into your cash flow automatically. The result is a single, current picture of where your time goes and whether your projects actually make money — without the manual data entry that usually stands in the way.
Connections are made per workspace and can be removed at any time. You stay in control of what's linked and can disconnect whenever you like.
Available integrations
- Google Calendar — Sync your schedule so meetings and events show up alongside your Heyweek work.
- Microsoft Calendar — Connect Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars for teams in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- GoCardless (European bank connections) — Link your bank to import transactions automatically across thousands of institutions in Europe and the UK.
NOTE
We're constantly adding integrations. If you don't see the service you need, more are coming — and you can always let us know what would help most.
How to connect (general steps)
- Open the Integrations page to see what's available for your workspace.
- Choose the integration you want to connect.
- You'll be sent to the provider (Google, Microsoft, or your bank via GoCardless) to sign in and approve access.
- Approve the requested permissions. Heyweek only asks for what it needs to do the job.
- You're returned to Heyweek, and the connection starts syncing.
TIP
Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar to bring your meetings and events into Heyweek next to your scheduled work and deadlines. With your real schedule in view, you can plan a realistic day and turn meaningful events — client calls, reviews, working sessions — into tracked time.
- Two-way sync keeps Heyweek and Google Calendar aligned.
- Real-time updates so changes show up quickly.
- Multiple calendar support for everything you keep separate.
- Turn events into tracked time for accurate reporting and billing.
See the Calendar guide for how connected calendars appear and how to convert events into time.
Microsoft Calendar
Connect Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars so teams working in the Microsoft ecosystem get the same unified view. Meetings land beside your planned work, and you can capture the time they take without re-entering anything.
- Works with Office 365 and Outlook calendars.
- Team calendars stay visible alongside your work.
- Turn meetings into tracked time for billing and insight.
GoCardless (European bank connections)
Connect your bank through GoCardless to import transactions automatically, so your Cash flow reflects real financial data instead of hand-keyed entries. This is what turns hours logged into real profitability: when money in and out updates on its own, you can see which projects actually pay off.
- Automatic transaction import — no manual entry.
- Multi-bank support across thousands of European and UK institutions.
- Helps track expenses, balances, and cash flow over time.
- Secure, provider-hosted bank connections — you sign in directly with your bank.
Coverage: GoCardless supports banks across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and other European markets. If your bank is in one of these regions, you can most likely connect it.
NOTE
Bank connections are available where GoCardless operates (Europe and the UK). If your region isn't covered yet, more banking coverage is on the way.
Disconnecting an integration
You can remove any connection whenever you want:
- Open the Integrations page.
- Find the connected integration you want to remove.
- Choose to disconnect it and confirm.
Once disconnected, Heyweek stops syncing from that service. Calendar events and imported transactions that were already brought in stay as they are unless you remove them separately.
Troubleshooting
- The connection didn't complete. You may have closed the provider window before approving access. Start the connection again from the Integrations page and approve the requested permissions.
- My calendar events aren't showing up. Confirm the calendar is still connected for your workspace, and give it a moment to sync. Reconnecting refreshes access if a session expired.
- My bank stopped syncing. Bank connections expire periodically for security and need to be re-authorized. Reconnect through GoCardless from the Integrations page to restore the sync.
- I don't see the integration I need. Only verified integrations are available today. More are coming — reach out if there's one you'd like to see.
If something still isn't working, contact support and we'll help you get connected.
Works with the rest of Heyweek

- Approve only the permissions you're comfortable with; you can disconnect any integration at any time.
- Re-authorize bank connections promptly when they expire so your cash flow stays current.
- Don't see what you need? Let us know — we're always adding more.
